Cancellation and Refund

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time during their billing cycle. To cancel the subscription, customers must notify us via email . Upon cancellation, access to the search service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation date. We do not charge any cancellation fees or penalties.

Refund:

Refunds are provided solely at the discretion of Adoodle. Refunds will only be considered if the customer cancels their subscription within the first Two days of the billing cycle. Refund requests must be made through email, providing a valid reason for the refund. If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods already utilized. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with search results or service functionality, as we strive to continuously improve our services.
